LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY GString Ukuleles are warranted for life against bridge failure. In the unlikely event that the bridge should separate from the soundboard, the Manufacturer will repair or replace the bridge at no charge to the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover re-finishing if needed or separation due to misuse. GString also warrants your instrument to be free of defects in material and or workmanship for five (5) years from the date of purchase not to include keys, strings, electronics or finish. The buyer must complete and send the warranty card registration along with a copy of the retail receipt to the manufacturer to validate warranty. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, exposure to extreme heat or cold conditions, low or high humidity resulting in warping and or damage to finish, and other damage caused by alteration or accident. The Manufacturer retains the right to make a warranty determination upon receipt of product. The cost of shipping to manufacturer is the responsibility of the buyer. The manufacturer shall not be responsible for further damage caused by shipping. Adequate packing and insurance shall be provided by the buyer to facilitate warranty service. If the defect is found to be covered under warranty, we will ship back to buyer at our cost. If not covered under warranty, return shipping shall be paid by customer. Humidifiers are highly recommended to ensure that your instrument stays at proper moisture levels. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by inadequate care due to moisture content.
